Passports
Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your date of travel. The name on your booking must match your passport exactly — including middle names where they appear on the document.
Visas and entry requirements
Visa requirements depend on your nationality and your destination, and they change. Check with the consulate or embassy of the country you are travelling to before you book. Being refused entry is not grounds for a refund.
Aruba, Curaçao and Bonaire each ask visitors to complete an online embarkation and disembarkation card before they fly. Travellers to the United States may need an ESTA or a visa. Have your onward or return ticket ready to show.
Children and infants
Children aged 2 to 11 and infants under 2 each need their own passport. Some countries require additional documentation when a child travels with only one parent or with another adult.
