Your booking
A booking is confirmed once payment has been received and we have issued a booking reference. The name on the booking must match the traveller's passport.
Changes and cancellations
Changing your flight: you can move your booking to another Super Travel Pack flight up to 24 hours before departure. Economy Light: changes are not allowed. Economy Standard: USD 100 per passenger per change, plus any difference in fare. Economy Flex: no change fee; any difference in fare applies. If the new fare is lower, the difference is not refunded.
Cancelling: Economy Light and Economy Standard are non-refundable if you cancel, so we encourage you to change your flight instead; Economy Flex is refundable, less a cancellation fee. If you cancel, government taxes and fees that are only payable if you travel are returned; the fare, the carrier-imposed charge and the booking fee are not.
24-hour cancellation: if you booked at least 7 days before departure, you may cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund, on any fare.
No-show: if you do not travel and have not changed or cancelled your booking before departure, your fare is forfeited.
Refunds go to the original form of payment, or through the travel agency if it issued your ticket. Card refunds are issued within 7 business days.
Delays and cancellations by us
If we cancel or significantly change your flight, you choose between a seat on another flight at no additional cost and a full refund of the unused part of your ticket, including taxes and fees, to your original form of payment. We never charge a change fee in that case, and we offer a travel credit only if you ask for one instead of a refund.
If a checked bag you paid a fee for is delivered more than 15 hours after your flight arrives, we refund that bag fee. We also refund any fee for an optional service you paid for but did not receive.
Nothing in these conditions limits your rights under applicable law.
Baggage liability
Liability for baggage is limited in accordance with the Montreal Convention where it applies. Fragile, valuable and essential items should travel in your carry-on.
